Pet VM is a Great Pharmacy I have ordered for more than a year a medication for my dog Cesy, Vetoryl 5 mg, since no other pet pharmacy carried this medicine and Pet VM did, and even thought they are on the west coast and we live in Miami Beach medication every time I ordered came on time. Pet VM even call me to explain me any situation with prescription and solve it. I highly recommended it.

Scam meds: my dog suffered I trusted this company with my dog's health, and I think I got scammed. I thought I was getting a great deal when I discovered my dog's arthritis medicine in a 3-month supply for quite a bit less per pill than I usually get it. I'm not sure what the problem is, but AS SOON as she made the switch to the new Petvaluemart meds, she was in pain and limping and has continued to be ever since. I tried to contact them to ask to return the remaining pills (over $100 worth!!) for a refund, but they never responded. I am VERY upset and intend to complain to everyone I can in the hopes that I will get a response.

I have checked many pet med websites… I have checked many pet med websites Worldwide. Without a doubt PET VM in Concord, California has the best CS and prices of any online order company. I've used their services many times this year. They are very attentive and considerate. Today I had the pleasure of speaking to a young lady named COYA, who was extremely professional, caring, kind and took care of my pets prescription order request exceptionally well. I recommend this company to anyone without hesitation!!

Poor Customer Service, Did a subscription order with them they sent the meds to my po box which is my billing in another city. Both my mailing address and my billing are in my profile, when I reached out to them about the issue their reply was simply to justify why they were right for sending it to my billing and not my mailing address. Nothing more. They could have simply stated an apology for the error and how it could be rectified, but no, the rep wrote a full explanation on how I was basically wrong. I cancelled my subscription with them, if this is going to be my customer experience with them in the future, I rather find another company to handle my dogs' meds.

I'm still waiting on a package that… I'm still waiting on a package that should've been delivered on Jan.12th then it went to the 13th,then to the 16th then the17th.Each time I call customer service I'm informed that it's out for delivery.still waiting.Never again will I order from this company.
