Personalized Sales Experience I Recived a very personalized sales process. Shopping for appliances is a very difficult during supply shortages. Working with Howard Steinert. He worked with me to find specific Maytag Washer with the earliest delivery date, that worked around my holiday plans. As they transition to the new website, I am sure the experience will get better. Note: this is pay by the week. They do not directly finance, but they do pair you with somebody to finance your purchase.

Never again I had used this company in the past with no issues but over 4 months ago I ordered a couple of items that should have been received within 2 weeks. I was never updated on status and had to contact the company. I was repeatedly asked to give them extra time until finally 2 months later I told them to cancel and refund my money. It has been over a month and my money has not been returned. I have again contacted the company and they have stated there is no update. I will not use this company again in the future! If communication were initiated it would be one thing but they avoid messages for several days or longer until you email them repeatedly for answers.

5 star customer service A trustworthy company that guarantees you approval for whatever product you're looking for without a credit check. I've been using luther sales for years and I'm still using them now. A hassle free process with excellent customer service with human beings not robots. Great at keeping customer informed I ordered a new living room set, to replace my current living room set purchased from this company 10 years prior. The previous living room set had limitless durability and survived my two sons, a cat and a dog. I replaced this living room set with another.I spoke with the CSR's Emem James, and she reassured me that my new set would wear well and be just as durable as the last. I will continue to do business with Luther Sales.

NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY I submitted my order back in january. after waiting 2 weeks for an update as to when I would receive the product I was told they were short handed and running behind. (Sure weren't short handed enough to not take the money.) After more than a month of only being able to communicate by text (what business does that?) I canceled my order and was to by "Em"doubt that is even her real name. Was told I could expect my refund in 7-10 days. We are now more than 3 weeks out and I still have not seen my refund. Now the communication with them is. "NO UPDATE ON REFUND". Run as far away from this company as possible. truly a con game. I've also noticed with other website reviews, the only reviews they will respond to are the good ones. They ignore everything else.
