Personalized Sales Experience I Recived a very personalized sales process. Shopping for appliances is a very difficult during supply shortages. Working with Howard Steinert. He worked with me to find specific Maytag Washer with the earliest delivery date, that worked around my holiday plans. As they transition to the new website, I am sure the experience will get better. Note: this is pay by the week. They do not directly finance, but they do pair you with somebody to finance your purchase.

Lance Is The Man! Lance (my sales rep or whatever the title is) is the friggin man! This guy has had the most polished follow up ever. It's just enough that someone who is busy and gets distracted easy cuz I'm ADD like crazy keeps on track and remembers I wanted to get something but not overbearing and annoying or pushy. Something has definitely changed with… Something has definitely changed with Luther Sales. The communication and delivery used to be so great but this time I have been waiting for my merchandise for nearly two months! No matter what number I call, I always get the same person. She is very kind and respectful, but she needs more help. It’s as if she’s the only customer service rep. I do believe they are now screening my calls and not answering when they realize it is me. This is all unacceptable! They have been so reliable in the past. I just want my merchandise and it’s as if they are making no efforts to get it to me. They simply do not care! I don’t want to cancel because my daughter needs a new cell phone so I was going to get myself a new one and give her mine. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. They no longer care about their customers.

I love Luther Sales I love the fact you can go to Luther Sales and get good quality items while being able to pay from your pay check for federal employees. Also when you have an account in good standing you can get more. I love the professionalism as well as being contacted when sales are happening. Even simply being contacted to see if I am ok and if I need help with any other items. I was sad to learn under new ownership and not sure when I will be able to order again but they did let me know once its back and running I will he contacted immediately
