GBGreat at keeping customer informed I ordered a new living room set, to replace my current living room set purchased from this company 10 years prior. The previous living room set had limitless durability and survived my two sons, a cat and a dog. I replaced this living room set with another.I spoke with the CSR's Emem James, and she reassured me that my new set would wear well and be just as durable as the last. I will continue to do business with Luther Sales.

GBI'm very concerned about who took ok… I'm very concerned about who took ok this company. I just applied for credit just to see what it says. I received a message stating I can't get credit at this time, when I'm already a customer for years with this company and great credit with company. These new onwner needs to be investigated.

GBI wish I could give them zero stars I wish I could give them zero stars! I places an order in Feb and was suppose to receive my items within two weeks! They took 2 payments out of my paycheck for almost $200 and kept telling me my item is back ordered. After a month I told them to cancel! They advised me once they confirmed I’ve disconnected my paycheck and no other funds are coming out then they would refund me! It’s been almost 3 weeks and no one has refunded me! I can only get a hold of them via text. No one is picking up or returning my calls! I’m sooo pissed!

GBSomething has definitely changed with… Something has definitely changed with Luther Sales. The communication and delivery used to be so great but this time I have been waiting for my merchandise for nearly two months! No matter what number I call, I always get the same person. She is very kind and respectful, but she needs more help. It’s as if she’s the only customer service rep. I do believe they are now screening my calls and not answering when they realize it is me. This is all unacceptable! They have been so reliable in the past. I just want my merchandise and it’s as if they are making no efforts to get it to me. They simply do not care! I don’t want to cancel because my daughter needs a new cell phone so I was going to get myself a new one and give her mine. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. They no longer care about their customers.

GBI just used Luther for the first time… I just used Luther for the first time and Howard Steiner was such a pleasure. He cleared any confusion I had and got me setup with my purchase easily. I’m super excited to get my camera and I was so happy to see that Luther even had what I was looking for. I will definitely be ordering again and working with Howard. He was so kind and provided amazing customer service.
