Lance Is The Man! Lance (my sales rep or whatever the title is) is the friggin man! This guy has had the most polished follow up ever. It's just enough that someone who is busy and gets distracted easy cuz I'm ADD like crazy keeps on track and remembers I wanted to get something but not overbearing and annoying or pushy. Very professional and great experience so far. Thanks Lance for making this easy!

NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY I submitted my order back in january. after waiting 2 weeks for an update as to when I would receive the product I was told they were short handed and running behind. (Sure weren't short handed enough to not take the money.) After more than a month of only being able to communicate by text (what business does that?) I canceled my order and was to by "Em"doubt that is even her real name. Was told I could expect my refund in 7-10 days. We are now more than 3 weeks out and I still have not seen my refund. Now the communication with them is. "NO UPDATE ON REFUND". Run as far away from this company as possible. truly a con game. I've also noticed with other website reviews, the only reviews they will respond to are the good ones. They ignore everything else.

Never again I had used this company in the past with no issues but over 4 months ago I ordered a couple of items that should have been received within 2 weeks. I was never updated on status and had to contact the company. I was repeatedly asked to give them extra time until finally 2 months later I told them to cancel and refund my money. It has been over a month and my money has not been returned. I have again contacted the company and they have stated there is no update. I will not use this company again in the future! If communication were initiated it would be one thing but they avoid messages for several days or longer until you email them repeatedly for answers.

I wish I could give them zero stars I wish I could give them zero stars! I places an order in Feb and was suppose to receive my items within two weeks! They took 2 payments out of my paycheck for almost $200 and kept telling me my item is back ordered. After a month I told them to cancel! They advised me once they confirmed I’ve disconnected my paycheck and no other funds are coming out then they would refund me! It’s been almost 3 weeks and no one has refunded me! I can only get a hold of them via text. No one is picking up or returning my calls! I’m sooo pissed!

This is my third product from them and I know my Samsung FE in black, will be the same quality as the others! If you’re looking for a company that gives you flexibility, this is it!
