We contacted nationwide over 55s mortgage advisor Donna Dickie.she is amazing,customer training schools from round the UK should be queuing up to head hunt her .Her knowledge and expertise is great. My husband and I are both pensioners not well up on tech .Donna has been with us each step of the way .Even answering emails out of hours .thankyou Donna you have been a star.

Poor service so far Terrible, been waiting weeks and weeks for an update on my mortgage application/ valuation only to keep being told each week 'it will be looked at this week'. I understand delays with COVID and high numbers of enquiries but very bad service and getting no where
