As if I don't get inundated with enough junk mail, Arcus gets "cunning and crafty" by making the letter pink (like a pink slip), Placing "second attempt" on it as well as "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED". So my point: As a responsible adult, I pay my bills and try my best to keep up on things. This Solicitation by Arcus is purposefully crafted for deception. It pissed me off (as I thought it might be important) so I called and confirmed it was just to get my business. I tried to say the things I said here (respectfully I might add) and was hung up on. God help them if they call me or send me another one of these scam letters meant to manipulate you into opening their letters. This IS Arcus!! I wouldn't use them if I were you.

We really enjoyed our experience. Mr. Hamidi and Arcus Lending made the entire process so painless and easy. Being able to digitally upload documents yourself to your own loan file was so easy and such a time saver. He had the perfect amount of communication and was not overbearing at all.
