As if I don't get inundated with enough junk mail, Arcus gets "cunning and crafty" by making the letter pink (like a pink slip), Placing "second attempt" on it as well as "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED". So my point: As a responsible adult, I pay my bills and try my best to keep up on things. This Solicitation by Arcus is purposefully crafted for deception. It pissed me off (as I thought it might be important) so I called and confirmed it was just to get my business. I tried to say the things I said here (respectfully I might add) and was hung up on. God help them if they call me or send me another one of these scam letters meant to manipulate you into opening their letters. This IS Arcus!! I wouldn't use them if I were you.

Arcus is a good company but it is hard… Arcus is a good company but it is hard to get hold of right people and sometimes simple email requests drags on for days.

My words does not do enough justice to the exemplary service provided by Arcus Lending. The minimum I could say is THANK YOU!! They got us a mortgage loan in record time in April, 2018 when the market was red hot and then refinanced our loan to a lower rate the moment the rates were conducive.
