The service is substandard, inefficient and documents are inaccurate.

Their website also has misspelling’s (ie “Fine your rate”) and different addresses, so its strange to be able to trust a company like that. I called to see what the deal was, mainly to see if they needed to be reported as a scam to the VA. Not surprisingly, even though I asked nicely, they hung up on me. Thats usually an indicator. IRRRLs are the same everywhere, please use a reputable source.
