The most patient, helpful team! As a graphic designer, I am the first to admit that I would rather focus my time on creative projects than bookkeeping and taxes. Outsourcing those tasks to Collective the last couple years has been one of my best business decisions. It gave me time back to focus on the parts of my business I LOVE, while knowing that all of my business financial ducks are in a row with Collective managing it all. Their team of experts is so incredibly patient with all of my questions and helped me form my LLC/S Corp seamlessly. I have had the best experience with their services and highly recommend them to any small business soloprenuer. 100% worth the investment.

UPSELL UPSELL UPSELL You're not going to work with someone in America. If you care about that, that's going to be an issue. I explained my situation and they were happy to take my $3,700. I just got an email that they want me to form a new LLC for an additional $500. I guess my first $3700 wasn't enough of an upsell. I haven't received an email back and now I'm seeking a refund with a company that has no contact number or phone support. Just a sinle email. Sketchy.

Run away as fast as you can Run away fast. 1) Their work is frequently wrong. I've had issues every tax return. If I didnt catch them I would have lost money. The first time they told me to pay $50K in additional taxes when taxes were due. Turns out I was entitled to $30K refund. The second time I caught a mistake, I would have had to pay $20K in extra taxes if I didn't correct 2) Their advice is bad. i end up with a way larger tax return every year than I should, while at the same time incurring penalties. 3) Their communication is bad - very confusing, hard to follow, and hard to get a hold of when you really need them

A trusted partner I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Collective. They've been like a trusted partner that helped make the confusing, complicate process of forming a company into a breeze. They made the timeline easy to understand and made expectations clear every step of the way. I appreciated how they broke the process into manageable, bite-sized chunks. I never felt overwhelmed. Instead I just had a thing or two to accomplish each day during on-boarding. Every member of the team, from on-boarding to my accounting professionals, has been knowledgeable and professional. Stay away Tl;dr: -They messed up my takes and I owed >$17k -I paid a ton of $$ in penalties -Nobody would explain how to even pay these taxes or make the payments--I had to tell them -When I tried to get in touch with them, nobody responded to me -My business went under as a result and I had to move back with my parents I can't believe I got scammed like that 😂😂😂
