Losing sleep over the atrocious experience I’ve had with them Collective will mess up your books, file late and inaccurate tax returns and cost you a lot of money. It might seem like you’ll save money up front but it will cost you later. Don’t use this service!

An absolute must!! ABSOLUTELY love everything collective has done (and continues to do!) for my business. My only regret is not working with them sooner–I can't tell you how much stress they've relieved!

The most patient, helpful team! As a graphic designer, I am the first to admit that I would rather focus my time on creative projects than bookkeeping and taxes. Outsourcing those tasks to Collective the last couple years has been one of my best business decisions. It gave me time back to focus on the parts of my business I LOVE, while knowing that all of my business financial ducks are in a row with Collective managing it all. Their team of experts is so incredibly patient with all of my questions and helped me form my LLC/S Corp seamlessly. HUGE mistake using Collective - avoid at all costs Using Collective has been by far the biggest tax mistake I've made for my business. I've lost a large portion of my income due to straight up bad advice that Collective provided me with and took no accountability for. They are impossible to communicate with, don't give clear or timely answers, and consistently make mistakes. This is the last thing I wanted to deal with when running a business, this company is borderline fraudulent and I'm considering legal action it's so disastrous. I still can't get a response from them.

UPSELL UPSELL UPSELL You're not going to work with someone in America. If you care about that, that's going to be an issue. I explained my situation and they were happy to take my $3,700. I just got an email that they want me to form a new LLC for an additional $500. I guess my first $3700 wasn't enough of an upsell. I haven't received an email back and now I'm seeking a refund with a company that has no contact number or phone support. Just a sinle email. Sketchy.
