The most patient, helpful team! As a graphic designer, I am the first to admit that I would rather focus my time on creative projects than bookkeeping and taxes. Outsourcing those tasks to Collective the last couple years has been one of my best business decisions. It gave me time back to focus on the parts of my business I LOVE, while knowing that all of my business financial ducks are in a row with Collective managing it all. Their team of experts is so incredibly patient with all of my questions and helped me form my LLC/S Corp seamlessly. Jen thoroughly has been great sharing transparency but not making excuses for the bad experience I’ve had. She even comp a month of services bc I shared after filing for both business and personal taxes I will no longer continue with collective. They have no efficient way of categorizing expenses it’s all do it yourself spreadsheets which leaves room for error even though they have you link your bank statements to a 3rd software party. Gusto is one software Collective is another platform And the book keeping platform. So unifies for 300 a month. Compared to quick books.

And that is exactly what the whole team at Collective do for me. Taxes, payroll, general bookkeeping, and expenses completely off my shoulders and never keeping me awake at night?! Yes please.

Stay away Tl;dr: -They messed up my takes and I owed >$17k -I paid a ton of $$ in penalties -Nobody would explain how to even pay these taxes or make the payments--I had to tell them -When I tried to get in touch with them, nobody responded to me -My business went under as a result and I had to move back with my parents I can't believe I got scammed like that 😂😂😂
