Needed to Tackle Credit Card Debt, Payoff Stepped Up! I was unable to get a loan to handle my credit card debt anywhere else, but Payoff did it no problem. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service, ease of application, and hassle free account management. I now can see a light at the end of the tunnel with every payment I make. I highly, highly recommend Payoff loans.

This company literally saved me from… This company literally saved me from going homeless after I had fallen deeply into debt but when everyone else said NO, they said YES. I’m forever grateful for what they did for my credit card debt and credit score.

AVOID HAPPY MONEY AT ALL COSTS! They are predatory, deceptive, and fraudulent. Company refuses to provide arbitration clause and they refuse to engage in arbitration, although they claim it is a part of their contract. They have engaged in deceptive lending practices, switch & bait, and they refuse to provide me with a breakdown of where my payments have went and how they've been applied. Company refuses to answer my correspondence, they refuse to provide me with my entire contract, specifically with the entire section as it pertains to WHO is supposed to pay arbitration fees, and they refuse to adjust my monthly payment to something more manageable. I have also attempted to settle this account and they have basically told me I have to let them ruin my credit i.e. let the account go 60 days late, before they will discuss settlement. I also have reason to believe they are misapplying my payment in retaliation for me filing for arbitration, thus causing nothing to go towards the principle. This company is unethical and a predatory lender. Lastly, I have them on a recording, and in front of a witness last year stating that if they pushed the payment back, it would keep it from reporting "30 days late" on the credit report however they unethically and falsely reported the account as "30 days late" which ruined my credit. They basically deceptively baited me into ruining my own credit score by lying and willfully misstating their intention. I also have screenshots that show the company engages in deceptive and misleading practices because your portal will say "Account current" but then if you scroll down, it will say "Past Due." I regret EVERYTHING about doing business with this predatory lender. I got this loan as a credit improvement tool i.e. a simple way to open a tradeline, but this was a mistake.

Happy Money is AWESOME but.... Happy Money is AWESOME. They are fast, proficient, and very easy to apply. My only downside is not been able to pay more than the minimum without calling. Other than that it is a great way to payoff debt timely and efficiently without worrying about late fees or high interest.

The best! I can’t say enough positive things about Happy Monday/Payoff. I’m on my second loan with them and both have been super easy processes from start to finish. Not to mention their customer service is quite possibly the best I’ve ever experienced! I’ve referred multiple friends and will continue to recommend them.
