GBHow about common sense loan documentation I understand that certain steps have to be taken when getting a home loan. However,if you are a current customer with no late payments ever in history of loan, and your refinance will lower your payments nearly 1/3, seems that a few things should not be required. Sure; check that credit rating is still high and no lawsuits for delinquent payments are on file. Once you see that bank statements show the same income sources, why do you continue to need documents? Same house same borrowers lower payments. Simple logic...make rules that are not one size fits all. They pay on time now: what are the odds they will continue the auto payments on a lower rate??? Probably 100%....

GBMy experience was excellent! This is the second loan I have closed and worked with Brian Rollins and Linda Hunter. Communication was excellent and it was a pleasure. The closing was on time, which was the three (3) week timeline I requested. I would highly recommend Arc Home!

GBFeedback Customer Service The closing costs were not fully explained. We were told they would be $1300 which they were but the additional costs involved were not shared up front. We had to clarify when the closing papers were sent. We did not receive the initial email regarding closing docs, requested an update after over a week of no news. They were resent but we felt communication was abrupt as though we were frustrating staff in not receiving the first email. We had to request updates along the way.
