Excellent Excellent Service!! We applied for a loan online, within minutes we were called. BrendaLiz M. (@ the Waters, Tampa, FL location) was wonderful, courteous and professional. She made us feel important and part of her family. Knowing that its stressful applying for any loan she made it a breeze, and not only that she fought for us. Brendaliz answered all our questions even though we thought they were insignificant she didn't hesitate nor made see like a "duh" moment. She is truly a great example of what customer service should be AWESOME!. Thank-you Brendaliz!!

And during the process the agents were exceptionally courteious and comforting. Karen in the South Elgin, Il office went above and beyond to help. Phone calls were always returned in a timely manner. I would recommend Springleaf and that office to friends and family.

Although there were other institutional companies around, Springleaf's staff welcomed me with a friendliness that seemed less like their job description and more like whom they were raised to be by there parents. They never failed to greet me enthusiastically regardless what other customers are there and let me know that they are really concerned about my needs. I guess it could be summed up like this. "When I walk through the doors of Springleaf, it's like coming home to family".

Do not use this company I got a loan from springleaf and it has been nothing but a disaster since then. Even though I have paid my payments (overpaid most payments) on time, they continued to be incompetent in handling my account. From online services not working properly to this last time where I made an overpayment and they only processed a minimum payment (more interest for them) their incompetence to fraudulent behaviors just continue. Be smart. Go anywhere else to get a loan. I will be posting this same complaint on Main One.
