GBSLS is awful SLS is awful. Customer service is a joke. They put you on hold for a very long time. Then they do not listen to you or answer your questions. They are purposefully evasive and slow. They will play every trick to cause you to misunderstand and possibly miss a payment. If you learn that your loan would be transferred to SLS, shop around. They are a terrible company that does not respect their customers. Avoid them at all costs.

GBIncorrect Tax Forms I have a home improvement loan with them (sold from another servicer). They sent the 1098 in a timely fashion, and I filed. On 04/07, they sent an "ammended" 1098. This was too late to take care of prior to 04/15, and it will cost me money to re-file. They can't even keep track of how much interest I paid. Incompetent.
