GBThis company disrespects seniors This company disrespects its clients It does not account for phone payments even though they have Been made in a timely manner They are now refusing my payments saying i am in forclosure I have faithfully made payments Recording them as they are made by phone They have failed to send statements as requested until Most recently after i spoke to A HUD REPRESENTATIVE. I requested a statement after my complaint and they sent it I meet with a rep next week This company is the worst you cant rely on your communications being responded to leading to a critical situation as it applies to mortgage payments made by phone.
