GBIncorrect Tax Forms I have a home improvement loan with them (sold from another servicer). They sent the 1098 in a timely fashion, and I filed. On 04/07, they sent an "ammended" 1098. This was too late to take care of prior to 04/15, and it will cost me money to re-file. They can't even keep track of how much interest I paid. Incompetent.

Comerica bank employees in Houston helped me contact the right group in the loan department. I use the internet when I can, it has a great user interface Employees have always helped me when I had an issue. The house loan went well. The loan requirements were actually good for me. Comerica made sure I knew what items were being reviewed with the seller. The loan specialist kept me from making a potential mistake.
