Amazing service and so professional! Amazing service and so professional!! My husband and I have our own hair salon business and throughout Covid we were really struggling and unfortunately started to fall behind on our mortgage payments. So Wells Fargo put us on a Forbearance covid plan for 12 months however what they didn’t tell us is that at the end of it, we will need to come up with over 15k upfront. So that’s when we spoke to Mike from Cardinal branch who really explained everything to us and was able to help us save our home from a foreclosure sale date. We also had our own processor assigned to our file which really helped me with sending all the documents that they needed from us to make this work. Thanks again!!
