I initially left a very negative… I initially left a very negative review. I spoke with Mike Goldberg one of the managers with Cardinal!! They bent over backwards to make sure that there weren’t any hard feelings. He responded to me in a very timely manner, a very personable gentleman and he wanted to hear my side and he actually listened!! My case was very different from what they normally deal with. We were current but I was still interested in reducing the interest rate. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. But after speaking with Mike and all that they are doing to make it fair, I do recommend their services and if I’m ever in a position that their services are needed I sure won’t hesitate to call on them.

After I had just finished my… After I had just finished my forbearance I still wasn’t able to make my mortgage payments because I simply had no money. Kyle Moore gave me a call and at first it all sounded too good to be true but I had nothing to lose so I said why not. 5 months later, I was in absolute shock when my interest rate got lowered by 3%.

My husband and I have our own hair salon business and throughout Covid we were really struggling and unfortunately started to fall behind on our mortgage payments. So Wells Fargo put us on a Forbearance covid plan for 12 months however what they didn’t tell us is that at the end of it, we will need to come up with over 15k upfront. So that’s when we spoke to Mike from Cardinal branch who really explained everything to us and was able to help us save our home from a foreclosure sale date. We also had our own processor assigned to our file which really helped me with sending all the documents that they needed from us to make this work. Thanks again!!

I couldn’t be more thankful for… I couldn’t be more thankful for Cardinal Branch. After Covid happened I lost my job and was struggling with everything in life. I was losing hope and becoming very depressed until I talked to Kyle Moore. Kyle gave me hope once again when he lowered my interest from 6% all the way down to 2%.
