I couldn’t be more thankful for… I couldn’t be more thankful for Cardinal Branch. After Covid happened I lost my job and was struggling with everything in life. I was losing hope and becoming very depressed until I talked to Kyle Moore. Kyle gave me hope once again when he lowered my interest from 6% all the way down to 2%. I am now back on my feet and am able to make my monthly mortgage payments thanks to Kyle Moore and Cardinal Branch.

Once we decided to use them, all in all went smoothly. team Cardinal was easy too work with and always available for questions. Eddy and Cardinal Branch , a team I will always hold in high regards, went out of their way to help me. I thought for certain after 25 years I was losing my home but Eddy would not hear of such things. They truly amazed me and gave 110 percent and saved my home. These people really do care. I would and have recommended this company to anyone having mortgage issues.

Horrible company Horrible company! They are responsive until they get your money! Once they have your money it is hard to get a hold of anyone. They really do not do anything that you can not do yourself.

Extremely grateful I got a call from Cardinal Branch one day and at first I thought it was just another telemarketer trying to sell me something but after talking to Kyle for a while I soon realized that it was far from that. My rate was out the roof and I was behind 2 months. My mortgage company gave me absolutely no help and I began looking for apartments because I was sure I was going to get foreclosed on. Kyle helped me get my interest rate lowered to something way more afforable for me and was able to get rid of my delinquent payments. I never been so blessed in my life.
