They did such a fantastic work for my company - Detailed Cleaning Services. They were on top of everything and always reached out to me with updates and if I had any questions, they were more than happy to answer them. They helped us so much with the ERC. If it sounds too good to be true then… If it sounds too good to be true then it's probably not real. When you make an appointment with someone they should stick to it. And then when they're an hour late they say they tried to call you an hour before and phone records prove that they did not. If they're going to lie to you in the beginning they're going to lie to you in the process. Beware.

I highly recommend this financial… I highly recommend this financial organization especially if you’re looking to refinance your home. They were simple and easy to work with and didn’t play any games. Sam and Steve were very professional and got me the rate I was looking for on my conventional loan. Brutally honest and best customer service. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.

Harvey kept keeping my fears at bay. He assured all would be ok. Well all is okay! I got my modification. He stays in the loop through out this process. Thanks Harvey! I didn’t give a higher score to Ocean Park Financial because of the previous individuals handling my account. I was supposed to get a refinance but the other individuals told me one thing and it turned out they were wrong. At the last minute, just before I was to close on the loan, I was told the loan wasn’t closing. If the loan had gone through at the lower interest rate, I would have had my credit back in good shape by now. So instead I had to do the loan modification instead at a higher interest rate. But thanks to Harvey that’s better than losing my house because of a car accident and back surgery due to car accident.

Great organization to work with I went with them to get ERC for my business. What I liked is that they took time to explain things no matter how many questions I had, they never overpromised, but did what they said they’d do. I was handled by several reps who all were on same page and had each other’s backs + it just speaks to how great they are as an organization.
