If it sounds too good to be true then… If it sounds too good to be true then it's probably not real. When you make an appointment with someone they should stick to it. And then when they're an hour late they say they tried to call you an hour before and phone records prove that they did not. If they're going to lie to you in the beginning they're going to lie to you in the process. Beware.

Everyone at ocean park did a fantastic… Everyone at ocean park did a fantastic job. They helped me refinance my mortgage and get my business the erc grant funds under the cares act. They always picked up their phone when i called, or got back to me right away if i left a message. My account manager was Ryan and he was so professional, courteous, and patient with me. I also got the pleasure of interacting with Steve and Joanna. Everyone from the team was great to deal with. They even respond to emails at 11pm at night! These folks deserve 10 stars. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who might be considering doing something with their mortgage or looking for funding for their business.
