This whole group is just fantastic This whole group is just fantastic. I really appreciate the whole staff, they were super helpful, they helped me research government mandates and how much ppp i got when i really didn't know where to start for business for the employee retention refund program. They helped me by reaching out direct to my payroll company who was a mess in getting me the documents i needed for this. They also while they were working on my erc application started helping me with my mortgage. I have two mortgages and they are helping me restructure one and get a 2nd lien cash out for the other. I am very pleased with them, they pick up when I call, even deal with me on the weekends and really do what they can to explain everything to me thoroughly. Very patient and helpful, I definitely recommend them oh and their closing fees with their partners were lower than three different people i got proposals from. I come from an insurance back round and as a previous underwriter understand the flows and processes to go through each one of these steps and can tell you these guys get 5 thumbs up!

Harvey kept keeping my fears at bay. He assured all would be ok. Well all is okay! I got my modification. He stays in the loop through out this process. Thanks Harvey! I didn’t give a higher score to Ocean Park Financial because of the previous individuals handling my account. I was supposed to get a refinance but the other individuals told me one thing and it turned out they were wrong. At the last minute, just before I was to close on the loan, I was told the loan wasn’t closing. If the loan had gone through at the lower interest rate, I would have had my credit back in good shape by now. So instead I had to do the loan modification instead at a higher interest rate. But thanks to Harvey that’s better than losing my house because of a car accident and back surgery due to car accident.
