Our transaction was very complex Our transaction was very complex, so there was a lot of confusion. The process took much longer than we expected. The process began in April and finally was signed in June. Chris Thompson was very helpful and always kind. He brought us thru the frustrating times.

Everyone at ocean park did a fantastic… Everyone at ocean park did a fantastic job. They helped me refinance my mortgage and get my business the erc grant funds under the cares act. They always picked up their phone when i called, or got back to me right away if i left a message. My account manager was Ryan and he was so professional, courteous, and patient with me. I also got the pleasure of interacting with Steve and Joanna. Everyone from the team was great to deal with. They even respond to emails at 11pm at night! These folks deserve 10 stars. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who might be considering doing something with their mortgage or looking for funding for their business. Harvey kept keeping my fears at bay. He assured all would be ok. Well all is okay! I got my modification. He stays in the loop through out this process. Thanks Harvey! I didn’t give a higher score to Ocean Park Financial because of the previous individuals handling my account. I was supposed to get a refinance but the other individuals told me one thing and it turned out they were wrong. At the last minute, just before I was to close on the loan, I was told the loan wasn’t closing. If the loan had gone through at the lower interest rate, I would have had my credit back in good shape by now. So instead I had to do the loan modification instead at a higher interest rate. But thanks to Harvey that’s better than losing my house because of a car accident and back surgery due to car accident.
