GBHard Assets Alliance, spend your money elsewhere. I opened my account with Hard Assets Alliance about 6 months ago, and have been increasingly disappointed. Their customer service is extremely slow to respond to inquiries. They take not minutes or hours, but DAYS. I placed an order from my funded account, and seven days later they still have not shipped my order. I also tried to withdraw settled funds, but HAA stated (two days later) that I needed to re-validate the very bank account I had been funding my HAA account with the entire time. Additionally, Hard Assets Alliance has hidden charges and very high shipping fees. There are plenty of other precious metals companies available that charge a small spot over price and free shipping. Look elsewhere as HAA is slow and shady.
