GBHard Assets Alliance, spend your money elsewhere. I opened my account with Hard Assets Alliance about 6 months ago, and have been increasingly disappointed. Their customer service is extremely slow to respond to inquiries. They take not minutes or hours, but DAYS. I placed an order from my funded account, and seven days later they still have not shipped my order. I also tried to withdraw settled funds, but HAA stated (two days later) that I needed to re-validate the very bank account I had been funding my HAA account with the entire time. Additionally, Hard Assets Alliance has hidden charges and very high shipping fees. There are plenty of other precious metals companies available that charge a small spot over price and free shipping. Look elsewhere as HAA is slow and shady.

GBThanks To HAA's Support Team Because of COVID, I was unable to readily contact HHA by phone to solve a problem I had accessing my two accounts. Once I contacted the HHA Support Group via e-mail about my problem, the HHA personal quickly solved the problem. GBI had a great deal of trouble… I had a great deal of trouble establishing an account and then simply being able to log in. Too complex to explain. But Janelle trouble shot everything for me. She was very knowledgeable right down to suggesting I "clear all data" on my Chrome browser! If Janelle is typical of the expertise at HAA, I think I'm going to like this organization going forward.

GBGreat Experience! My experience was great because Jenelle was helping me. She walked me through how to do everything I wanted to do and didn't rush me. She was very competent and knowledgeable. Also, she has a very caring demeanor which made speaking with her a pleasant experience. I'm new to Hard Assets Alliance and I'm glad that Jenelle was the first person I met from the company as she made a good first impression. Thanks Jenelle
