GBYour Money is Safe with their Vetting Process With the amount of Fraud and being a victim. I appreciated the thorough vetting they go through to make sure you are who you say you are. Kudos to Hard Assets Alliance for making this customer feel safe and secure with my investments. Even when you log in you have the option to have a Authenticator validate you are who you say you are. If only Chase Bank would have had these standards I would have 10k in my account instead someone committed "Identity Fraud" therefore Chase was not accountable. There words. By the way I wanted to give a big thanks to Lindsey for her help and genuine Integrity.

GBI had a great deal of trouble⦠I had a great deal of trouble establishing an account and then simply being able to log in. Too complex to explain. But Janelle trouble shot everything for me. She was very knowledgeable right down to suggesting I "clear all data" on my Chrome browser! If Janelle is typical of the expertise at HAA, I think I'm going to like this organization going forward.

GBThanks To HAA's Support Team Because of COVID, I was unable to readily contact HHA by phone to solve a problem I had accessing my two accounts. Once I contacted the HHA Support Group via e-mail about my problem, the HHA personal quickly solved the problem.
