GBMajor legal change to titling of assets I recently made a major change to the titling of assets at Hard Assets Alliance. The instructions I received, and the help I received as I created a new account and moved all of our assets to the new account was great. The process was complicated since it involved legal changes of title and possible tax consequences. Done! Thanks again.

GBHappy HAA customer Happy HAA customer. I joined HAA 4 years ago and have had no problems whatsoever. All phone calls answered within two minutes and responded to efficiently. One IT glitch yesterday corrected within 24 hours. Highly competitive rates for buying and selling and straightforward competitive storage rates. All money transactions smooth. Strong security measures make me verify any contact or transaction-- a bit of a hassle but I don’t mind as it’s for my security. They have been supported throughout this time by people I trust-- Doug Casey, Bill Mauldin, Chris Martenson-- all solid investment folks. I strongly recommend them.

Mariah F. was able to assist with changing my address on file and requesting a check. They verified my identity (thank you for having such helpful security procedures in place!) and were able to change the address to my new residence and send a check for my sale.
