GBA God Send for FSBO Just closed above asking price in Battery Park Manhattan and had great support from the team at Hauseit.Started with them in Sept ,had a few bites that fell through, stopped for winter and picked up in spring with amazing demand.Chris and the agent he assigned were more than competent, answering e-mails at all hours. My friend is using the 1% deal to sell her co-op as she is computer ignorant and he found her a potential buyer at the first open house.

GBHauseit in NYC - Great Service! We purchased the FSBO option selling our Co-op in Queens, NY. The service was seamless and we were extremely happy with the results. After about a week from listing we had multiple offers and will ended up saving the full 6% commission! We would recommend Hauseit to anyone selling in the NYC area. Their professional team made it easy to navigate through all interested buyers who inquire via email, text, or voicemail. The money saved is definitely worth time spent scheduling and showing! A+

GBHighly recommended or buyers Amazing experience working with Adam and the team at Hauseit! We recently purchased a new home and reached out to Hauseit to take advantage of a the closing credit for home buyers. It was a great experience. Adam represented us well through the transaction. And about a week after closing we received our closing credit worth 2% of the purchase price. When we purchase another home, Adam and the Hausheit team will be our first call!

GBDO NOT USE HAUSIT IN SOUTH FLORIDA I recommend not using Team Hauseit in South Florida - Nick / Vickie's team. I have bought and sold homes in the past and this agency does next to nothing to help during the process and then the manager, Nick Oliver, simply defends himself and his team. I was very patient during the process until I couldn't take the poor service anymore. Thinking I would be assigned a new agent, they ended up telling me to just contact the seller directly going forward. Over the past few months I worked with them they: - Deceitful about the rebate - I decided to go with them for the rebate and they had me sign the agreement, when in the end, Nick told me I may not even get it anyway. They gave me no inclination until several months in. - Late to first showing - followed up by excuses - Put themselves first, not the client - since I was looking for a multi-family, it was not easy for her to make appointments for showings, which I can understand. She often said it was hard to get a hold of the agent but didn't seem to put much effort in. The straw that broke the back, was when she was confirming the day before a showing, I said I plan to make it with respect to the November 2023 Tropical Storm we were in the middle of. It floods 8 inches outside my complex and I don't drive my car out in flood water (???). Then she followed up after I stated that by saying, "let's try to make it" because it was hard for her to set up. When I talked to the manager in the end, he said "a lot of people are unaware of tropical storms that just pop up." No accountability. - Poor communication - often left me wondering if she received my email / text / call. I had to do all three to see if she got my message. In real estate when time is of the essence, it's nice for the agent to respond that the message was received or something, but I was often left wondering. The manager said it was a "personality issue" and I demanded a response. When I never did that. When I did hear back from her it happened several times that the property already had multiple offers. Time is of the essence, but apparently I expected too much according to Nick. - Never sent me one listing - I found all of my own listings. They never checked in to see how I was doing after not hearing from me for weeks. Then when I discussed with the manager in the end, he said I should have requested them to send listings. So they are not proactive. But she also didn't ask me if I want recommendations? - Unfamiliar with local closing processes - My own agent asked me questions she should have known or researched herself, lazy. I've never experienced an agent asking me real estate questions. I thought she was new, but apparently she'd been doing this for 9 years. She didn't want to talk to my lender (which is common during the closing process). - Left my questions unanswered - it was regular for her to say I don't know and then not follow up. Listings were incorrect or impartial on Zillow and she seemed to really not care or take time to help me. - Made me feel like I wasn't enough - Nick said my price point would be more fitting for me to contact sellers directly. I guess my $565k wasn't enough for them to take the time to help me. And the agent working for me would have made about $5k on the sale after my rebate. She did maybe about $200 worth of work IMO. - Did assist with paperwork - but I found blatant errors in my offer. It was obvious she didn't reread / double check my offer to the seller. Overall, these people just want your money with doing little to no work. When I brought things up, they blamed me and my personality. They don't take accountability for their poor and lazy work. And Nick even said, "what, do you want me to write you an apology letter?" Wow. Good luck house hunting.
