In addition to saving me a HUGE chunk of my closing fees (about $11,000), the Hauseit team has been very supportive in the context of a very difficult transaction. I would highly recommend Hauseit to anyone purchasing a condo/home...I have never heard of any company who gives you back 2% of the brokers' commission to be applied towards closing costs before I was referred to Hauseit by a friend. A God Send for FSBO Just closed above asking price in Battery Park Manhattan and had great support from the team at Hauseit.Started with them in Sept ,had a few bites that fell through,stopped for winter and picked up in spring with amazing demand.Chris and the agent he assigned were more than competent,answering e-mails at all hours.My friend is using the 1% deal to sell her co-op as she is computer ignorant and he found her a potential buyer at the first open house.

What a wonderful real estate experience This was our first time buying in New York City and there was a lot to learn.
