GBShould have hired them earlier! I am generally a distrustful person and thought that most of these reviews were generated by Hauseit or their relatives/friends. How else to explain such consistent positive reviews. After 4 agonizing weeks of open houses and zero offers we took a chance and hired them. The next week, we got offers and are now in contract negotiations at a price that we are very pleased with. Chris was amazing and went above and beyond what I expected. He was very responsive and patiently explained eveything. Don't wait four weeks, hire this company immediately! They are definitely worth it!

GBTransparent Process & Great Service It was great working with HauseIt. We had an initial call to find out more about their services with Chris. We spoke about their model, our needs, expectations and it was all very transparent. We were matched with an amazing agent, Vivian, who works in the Westchester area and began the process of finding a home in a highly competitive market. She was such a pleasure and was ready to meet with us whenever we needed to view a house. We were looking in various towns across from Larchmont/Rye, to the River towns (Irvington, Dobbs Ferry etc), and she was usually there with us for open house and showings. As we narrowed down our search, she went as far as attending and videotaping a house that we couldn’t go see. She also got us in to view a few houses before they went on the market. This allowed us to put in an offer early and eventually secured our home. Whatever we needed communicated to the sellers agent, she took care off and followed up on any outstanding items post-sale. She also changed travel plans to attend our closing! We really enjoyed our experience and highly recommend using their services.

GBHighly Recommended Buyer's Agent Mateou is a committed buyer's agent. I appreciate all the work that he put in to complete my purchase. He was responsive throughout the process, and would schedule home tours immediately upon request. Never once did I feel pressured to complete a sale, nor did Mateou waver in his support during my yearlong search for the perfect starter home. I would recommend Mateou to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling property in the city. He knows his stuff, and knows how to get things done.

GBWe are deeply indebted to the team for… We are deeply indebted to the team for helping us through the rather unique co-op apartment purchase process in NYC. We couldn't have done it without the timely, professional brokers from Hauseit. They even saved us from potentially having gone into contract on deal where the listing broker didn't know that the board didn't allow co-purchasing. In contrast to a prior experience that left a bad taste in our mouth, our broker never pressured us, and was extremely patient with us through the process as it was our first time. Oh, and a commission rebate check was given to us post-closing as promised. We never felt treated any differently by the seller's side, and our deal closed smoothly. We couldn't be happier and have been signing your praises to everyone at work. Thank you gentlemen!

GBDO NOT USE HAUSIT IN SOUTH FLORIDA I recommend not using Team Hauseit in South Florida - Nick / Vickie's team. I have bought and sold homes in the past and this agency does next to nothing to help during the process and then the manager, Nick Oliver, simply defends himself and his team. I was very patient during the process until I couldn't take the poor service anymore. Thinking I would be assigned a new agent, they ended up telling me to just contact the seller directly going forward. Over the past few months I worked with them they: - Deceitful about the rebate - I decided to go with them for the rebate and they had me sign the agreement, when in the end, Nick told me I may not even get it anyway. They gave me no inclination until several months in. - Late to first showing - followed up by excuses - Put themselves first, not the client - since I was looking for a multi-family, it was not easy for her to make appointments for showings, which I can understand. She often said it was hard to get a hold of the agent but didn't seem to put much effort in. The straw that broke the back, was when she was confirming the day before a showing, I said I plan to make it with respect to the November 2023 Tropical Storm we were in the middle of. It floods 8 inches outside my complex and I don't drive my car out in flood water (???). Then she followed up after I stated that by saying, "let's try to make it" because it was hard for her to set up. When I talked to the manager in the end, he said "a lot of people are unaware of tropical storms that just pop up." No accountability. - Poor communication - often left me wondering if she received my email / text / call. I had to do all three to see if she got my message. In real estate when time is of the essence, it's nice for the agent to respond that the message was received or something, but I was often left wondering. The manager said it was a "personality issue" and I demanded a response. When I never did that. When I did hear back from her it happened several times that the property already had multiple offers. Time is of the essence, but apparently I expected too much according to Nick. - Never sent me one listing - I found all of my own listings. They never checked in to see how I was doing after not hearing from me for weeks. Then when I discussed with the manager in the end, he said I should have requested them to send listings. So they are not proactive. But she also didn't ask me if I want recommendations? - Unfamiliar with local closing processes - My own agent asked me questions she should have known or researched herself, lazy. I've never experienced an agent asking me real estate questions. I thought she was new, but apparently she'd been doing this for 9 years. She didn't want to talk to my lender (which is common during the closing process). - Left my questions unanswered - it was regular for her to say I don't know and then not follow up. Listings were incorrect or impartial on Zillow and she seemed to really not care or take time to help me. - Made me feel like I wasn't enough - Nick said my price point would be more fitting for me to contact sellers directly. I guess my $565k wasn't enough for them to take the time to help me. And the agent working for me would have made about $5k on the sale after my rebate. She did maybe about $200 worth of work IMO. - Did assist with paperwork - but I found blatant errors in my offer. It was obvious she didn't reread / double check my offer to the seller. Overall, these people just want your money with doing little to no work. When I brought things up, they blamed me and my personality. They don't take accountability for their poor and lazy work. And Nick even said, "what, do you want me to write you an apology letter?" Wow. Good luck house hunting.
