Unrealistic advertised returns I'm with many of the other reviewers on here - your money simply sits around too long in their bank account waiting in a queue for investing. My money has been sitting in their client account earning nothing for 6 months. Factor that in, and their claimed 8-12% pa is hard to achieve. If only they could turn money around faster and get it working quicker it would be a great investment opportunity. Their standard answer on here about 'quality investments' ignores the issue investors keep raising with them. I think you can find better overall returns with other lenders.

A modern day funder for modern businesses. We have funded two projects with blend which are progressing well. Blend has delivered exactly as promised. The legals took a little time to sort but they are robust & we have confidence moving forward with Blend. Payments are prompt as soon as valuations & various reports in progress are presented. Experience to date. I have been with them a couple of years, give or take. They started off well, placing my investment with borrowers quite quickly but more recently I have not been impressed. It takes ages to place my money with lenders, I mean months, during which time it is earning nothing. Their Autolend system puts you in a queue while you wait for a borrower while early repayments from existing borrowers swell my unlent cash account. If I try to increase the max loan amount to take account of that I go straight to the back of the queue for another long wait. Approaching half my money remains uninvested so, to be honest, I could probably do better in a building society. It seem to be impossible to get onto an investment without using Autolend as they are all snapped up immediately they become available. I am hoping for an improvement.

Nice people. Good product. I have been a P-2-P investor for a few years (much better rates than banks). Blend Network are excellent. The process is straight-forward, data is transparent and easy to understand, returns are very good and their customer service is second to none. Nice people delivering a very good product.
