I really like this company I really like this company. They seem very genuine. Their project and industry updates are great and their direct communications with investors are prompt, professional and friendly. However, the length of time it takes to Invest even a minimal amount (£1000) can be months. Perhaps during times when there are less loans available the maximum investment can be reduced?

Glacially slow to lend my money The real problem with this company is that they have too many lenders and too few borrowers. As a consequence some of my money has lain unused on this platform for months drawing no interest. Each time I phone to discuss I am assured the money will be invested soon, but this does not happen. You are better off with Kuflink or Crowdproperty who seem to have a far larger number of borrowers

Property investment A fantastic opportunity to invest in syndicated property loans without hassle. I like how Blend presents the information on each deal very clearly and transparently and it feels like the due diligence on each deal is very strong. Sometimes you do need to wait for a few weeks until your money is deployed, but certainly worth the wait from my point of view.
