Dipping your toe in Property Development I have used Blend as an investment vehicle for about 9 months. To date, any issues I have had have been dealt with very quickly and their communications regarding new opportunities and feedback on existing deals has been really good. As with all investments there is risk, however to date I have been happy with the research undertaken and no loans have defaulted. Let's hope that this continues.
