B9 Banking App Love Love Love this banking app. I have been with them almost close to a year and I have never had any problems and you get your money EARLY! They also offer advances if you’re running low on money.

I filed a dispute #380451 in February… I filed a dispute #380451 in February for unauthorized charges. I received a response from Claim Dept stating claim was determined valid but I was only returned/ paid for only 4 transactions. Numerous others was not paid. I have sent several messages and the response I keep getting is it’s being handled by claim department. As of today I have yet to get a concrete answer as to when claims will be paid. Quite frustrating! Don't quite understand if claims were deemed valid but all claims were not paid. Sometimes banking at a brick and mortar is better because of situations listed above. Customer Service is not the greatest.

Great online account to get your… Great online account to get your paycheck faster than a normal bank. Service responses are answered within a timely manner. Only thing missing is the ability to make cash deposits into the account and connecting with plaid. Other than that I’d recommend giving them a try.

Ok and not so ok I lost money in a dispute about 3 unauthorized transactions, long wait times for reversed charges to return
