GBI filed a dispute #380451 in February… I filed a dispute #380451 in February for unauthorized charges. I received a response from Claim Dept stating claim was determined valid but I was only returned/ paid for only 4 transactions. Numerous others was not paid. I have sent several messages and the response I keep getting is it’s being handled by claim department. As of today I have yet to get a concrete answer as to when claims will be paid. Quite frustrating! Don't quite understand if claims were deemed valid but all claims were not paid. Sometimes banking at a brick and mortar is better because of situations listed above. Customer Service is not the greatest.

GBThe worst app I’ve never used this… The worst app I’ve never used this before and i don’t like it and it might work for some but it doesn’t work for me and i have talked too two different people and my issue still wasn’t resolved I won’t be using anymore apps like this again.

GBI get my direct deposit 2-3 days early I get my direct deposit 2-3 days early. The advancements come in very hand especially when you don't have a bank like the big names or credit card. I'm having to start all over again since covid f'd us all up.
