I filed a dispute #380451 in February… I filed a dispute #380451 in February for unauthorized charges. I received a response from Claim Dept stating claim was determined valid but I was only returned/ paid for only 4 transactions. Numerous others was not paid. I have sent several messages and the response I keep getting is it’s being handled by claim department. As of today I have yet to get a concrete answer as to when claims will be paid. Quite frustrating! Don't quite understand if claims were deemed valid but all claims were not paid. Sometimes banking at a brick and mortar is better because of situations listed above. Customer Service is not the greatest.

They have yet to disappoint! They are very thorough in ensuring account safety and security. My issue was resolved in less than 24hrs with immediate communication with any/all updates during the process. I haven’t been with them long so, we’ll see from here but, so far so good!
