Everything was awesome! Everything was awesome except for the overwhelming updates/incomplete documents from the VA loan side. There has to be a fix to this. Wrong closing dates, incomplete/missing numbers. Planet Home Lending has there stuff together, I wish VA loan side would streamline there process better.

From start to finish Stephanie made a… From start to finish Stephanie made a very overwhelming, complex process extremely easy and stress-free. As a first time home buyer we had a lot of questions and concerns, and Stephanie was always there to answer, explain and reassure us of the process. She always picked up any time day, night, weekends, etc. And if she wasn’t available would get back to us right away. The turn-around time on approval, underwriting, etc was very fast- much faster than many big name banks and lenders. We highly recommend Planet Home Lending and can’t thank Stephanie enough for everything!
