Reverse Mortgage, Inc. did what AIG would not... My wife and I were very satisfied with the assistance offered from this company...and specifically Michelle Huff. Michelle was very knowledgeable with answers and always polite, friendly. Beyond that she pointed us to another professional, Harry Castilow, who assisted with details, a "finisher" who guided us through obstacles required by FHA and Fannie Mae. Very important: this Inc. was able to do what AIG would not. AIG dragged us along when we came to an obstacle "shared-well agreement" while Reverse Mortgages, Inc. guided us with information on requirements, allowing us to obtain documentation to have a successful transaction.

She keeps you informed of what is going on with whatever you are working on, a reverse mortgage or just refinancing your current home loan. Michelle gets the necessary paperwork to you in a timely manner, is available to ask any questions. She encourages you to discuss with your insurance provider to make sure you are getting the best rates for your state. She checks up on you to be sure your received paperwork, any questions. She is always available and if not she lets you know if she will be out of the office but you can always leave a voice Mail or send an email. She replies in a timely manner. Michelle was terrific to work with. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service I worked with both Abbey and Sarah and could not have had a more pleasant experience. Through no fault of their own, there were several "hiccups" but they did their best to solve them in an expeditious manner. Other companies I made inquiries to called with very hard sell techniques. Working with this company was a great experience. I worked with Brittany Bailey. She was great. She explained everything in detail and kept me informed of status. I was very skeptical because I heard so many negative statements. Working with our loan officer everything was explained and I proceeded. It has been one of the best decisions I made. I had talked to other companies, but they did not seem to care to really explain in detail about the reverse mortgage. Our loan officer did that making me feel confident about proceeding.
