Why would you go anywhere else!! After being with AAG for 5+ months, and being very frustrated, we heard about ReverseMortgages.com. We are sooooo glad we did. That's when we met Amber Hatcher and Andrea Jackson!! Wow what a difference...they communicated with us and they knew how to handle unusual circumstances. They never gave up and our loan finally became a reality. Needles to say we were very pleased. Frustrating This is a Government program and understandably it was frustrating as it was unnecessarily confusing and no common sense was used in underwriting. Too many duplicate questions. How many times or ways do you have to explain your situation? I needed this loan but felt like you thought I had nothing else to do but answer the same questions over and over again and time was of the essence with my situation. I was beginning to feel as though if you stalled long enough I would give up and not complete the process. Wasn't this program designed to help people in need? My processor was kind and understanding but had to adhere to all the useless regulations imposed. I worked in loan origination for 40 years and my initial feelings about an application would tell me if it was feasible or not and what red flags were to be address in advance, not left to last minute delays. You learn to circumvent delays and avoid last minute disappointments.

Early On- Final Review I'm only partially thru the process so it may be too early to give an objective rating, however, Adam and supporting staff appear to be very efficient and responsive. Will save this review and respond more fully upon completion; hopefully in early January. Final Review: Approximately 35 days into the process and now complete! Adam & Harry were very efficient and cooperative throughout! Only "stumble" was a third parties.. They answered all questions thoroughly and gave me ample time to prepare for the next step. I'd recommend this organization to friends/relatives who might be in need of this service. J. Alan Bernthal

Excellent Service I worked with both Abbey and Sarah and could not have had a more pleasant experience. Through no fault of their own, there were several "hiccups" but they did their best to solve them in an expeditious manner. Other companies I made inquiries to called with very hard sell techniques. Just the opposite with Abigail and then with Sarah. I was very pleased and would give them the highest recommendation possible! Michael Hodges
