Very good dealing with unusual circumstances Both Brandi and Janis did very well in explaining the complexities of a HECM reverse mortgage. Even though years ago I was a Real Estate Broker, today's RM is a different beast. I perceived just a bit of confusion with forms that seemed to be for any mortgage but they always promptly contacted me to explain. Would recommend again!

Excellent service that you offer A few months ago I called Reverse Mortgage and talked with Erin Kramer. It seems to be the best decision I've made in a long time.
