My fantastic experience getting approved today with OneReverse Loan Company. My experience getting approved today for a reverse mortgage with OneReverse was superb. This was the first time when applying for a loan which, requires pulling together a lot of information and data, that I did not feel worn out during the process. Mr. Chris Zajec and Mrs. Abby Giordano did all the hard work in record time so all I had to do is show up at closing and sign paperwork. I am thrilled to have been approved by the best reverse mortgage company in the industry. OneReverse has excellent professionals helping customers improve their everyday life financially. I feel fantastic plus I am going to tell all my friends who to call for a reverse mortgage.

Rich Martin and support staff Melanie are fabulous! Rich Martin and support staff Melanie Paulson were both fabulous. We always had a prompt reply to our questions. The process went along smoothly and ahead of schedule. We highly recommend Rich as a mortgage banker.

My experience has been great with One… My experience has been great with One Reverse mortgage. My loan officer Melissa Hossein has been responsive, pleasant, knowledgeable and always made me feel like she was working in my best interest (something hard to do when one's commission is riding on your closing). My only problem with this experience is in the closing because the HUD1 is not reflective of the actual good faith estimate of the Reverse Mortgage verbage and documents. That is not One Reverse's fault but this needs to change so that what you are signing is the same as what you agreed to in the close with same language.
