I hate waiting when some one tells me they will do something and they don’t follow thru right away like I am not important. My experience has been great with One… My experience has been great with One Reverse mortgage. My loan officer Melissa Hossein has been responsive, pleasant, knowledgeable and always made me feel like she was working in my best interest (something hard to do when one's commission is riding on your closing). My only problem with this experience is in the closing because the HUD1 is not reflective of the actual good faith estimate of the Reverse Mortgage verbage and documents. That is not One Reverse's fault but this needs to change so that what you are signing is the same as what you agreed to in the close with same language.
