GBGREAT Customer service above and beyond! I called in a frenzy because I had an earring back stuck on my earring. It was Memorial Day weekend 2020 on Saturday 10 minutes before they close. I was told if I can get there they will stay open and get the earring back off. How many places would be so courteous and accommodating. Thank you for the great customer service and for your help, I am so appreciative.

GBPayment plan issues... Staff told me wrong info... I was told I would be able to make qualifying payments on the ring I purchased until it was paid in full. Two months ago I received an email from Wells Fargo stating that the remaining balance needed to be paid off by the middle of May otherwise I would have to pay all interest that had accumulated since the purchase. So I had to divvy up $1200 in order to pay the ring off by May otherwise my balance would have been increased by $1000 of interest. The person at Buchroeder's had even told me not to worry about paying more than established rate otherwise it would not make the agreed upon payment plan worth it. Was not happy about this at all!!!

GBThere are many options in all different… There are many options in all different price ranges. That is probably the best aspect of shopping at Buchroeder’s. The associates were also very knowledgeable about the items in great detail.

GBExcellent customer service I called Sara, over the road, to purchase our third mother’s ring five weeks from Christmas. She remembered me and every detail about our previous purchases. The ring was built and ready for pickup in less then two weeks. Sara’s customer service, with person attention, made the whole transaction smooth and seamless. Thanks Sara!

GBElly was amazing Elly was amazing! I saw one of Buchroeders’ vintage LV handbags on FB and messaged Elly to inquire on the price; she responded within minutes, and although that bag was out of my budget, she sent me a pic of a bag that was not only well within my budget, but was the size and style I was looking for, she even offered to bring it to my office for me to view in person! Long story short, two hours later I was standing in Buchroeders sipping a mimosa and buying my bag. I cannot recommend Elly or Buchroeders enough; exceptional customer service, beautiful bags, and Elly is like a ray of sunshine, I think she was as happy for me as I was about my new bag. I will never buy a luxury bag anywhere else. Happy, happy customer!
