I went in to get my wedding ring cleaned and replated, which they did in less than 10 minutes, and to get info about the design process for resetting my stones one day. They did a good job at providing info and not being sales-y, and then followed up with answers to some design questions via text later.

GBGREAT Customer service above and beyond! I called in a frenzy because I had an earring back stuck on my earring. It was Memorial Day weekend 2020 on Saturday 10 minutes before they close. I was told if I can get there they will stay open and get the earring back off. How many places would be so courteous and accommodating. Thank you for the great customer service and for your help, I am so appreciative.

GBBuchroeder's does a great job… Buchroeder's does a great job personalizing your experience and making you feel comfortable and educated in the process. It seems like they have a great selection. I know there was good options within with my budget as I shopped for an engagement ring. They also run some fun giveaways which are a nice bonus. I also like the follow-up service and care provided when we've needed to make adjustments to our rings.
