GBGREAT Customer service above and beyond! I called in a frenzy because I had an earring back stuck on my earring. It was Memorial Day weekend 2020 on Saturday 10 minutes before they close. I was told if I can get there they will stay open and get the earring back off. How many places would be so courteous and accommodating. Thank you for the great customer service and for your help, I am so appreciative.

GBElly was amazing Elly was amazing! I saw one of Buchroeders’ vintage LV handbags on FB and messaged Elly to inquire on the price; she responded within minutes, and although that bag was out of my budget, she sent me a pic of a bag that was not only well within my budget, but was the size and style I was looking for, she even offered to bring it to my office for me to view in person! Long story short, two hours later I was standing in Buchroeders sipping a mimosa and buying my bag. I cannot recommend Elly or Buchroeders enough; exceptional customer service, beautiful bags, and Elly is like a ray of sunshine, I think she was as happy for me as I was about my new bag. I will never buy a luxury bag anywhere else. Happy, happy customer!

GBBuchroeder’s has a customer for life Buchroeder’s has a customer for life! I took my engagement ring/band to them after a horrible experience with another jeweler who had caused my center stone to become loose. Not only did Buchroeder’s tighten my stone, but they fixed the horribly poor sautering job done by the previous jeweler, checked my other stones, and completely took care of my ring! FOR FREE! I left almost crying happy tears of joy and felt completely taken care of while I was there. THANK YOU to the staff who took care of my ring as if I had bought it there originally. I’ll be back in the future and send everyone I know there!
