GBA friend of mine recommended… A friend of mine recommended Buchroeder's and I was not disappointed. My experience with Sara Sarno and the rest of the staff at Buchroeder's could not have gone any better. I knew next to nothing about engagement rings when I first went into the store but Sara broke it all down for me so it was easier to understand. I had a general idea of what I was looking for and Sara never strayed away from that look or tried to push me onto something I knew I did not want. My girlfriend at the time (now fiancé) went into the store with me the second time and she really enjoyed the experience and valued Sara's opinion during all of it. They really made a huge milestone moment in my life seem so simple and easy. I will use Buchroeder's for years to come.

GB“Upgrading” policy is the BEST and cannot be found elsewhere The team at Buchroeder’s is amazing. We have been working with Buchroeder’s for 18 years and they deliver quality service every time. And We don’t live anywhere near Columbia. Their “upgrading” policy is simply the best, and not found anywhere else. Given the opportunity, I would not shop for jewelry anywhere else.

I saw one of Buchroeders’ vintage LV handbags on FB and messaged Elly to inquire on the price; she responded within minutes, and although that bag was out of my budget, she sent me a pic of a bag that was not only well within my budget, but was the size and style I was looking for, she even offered to bring it to my office for me to view in person! Long story short, two hours later I was standing in Buchroeders sipping a mimosa and buying my bag. I cannot recommend Elly or Buchroeders enough; exceptional customer service, beautiful bags, and Elly is like a ray of sunshine, I think she was as happy for me as I was about my new bag. I will never buy a luxury bag anywhere else. Happy, happy customer!
