GBAffiliate commissions miscalculated, over 6 months later - still no resolution We were a Gift Card Granny affiliate on Shareasale.com. Several orders were reported with a significantly lower order amount, and our commissions were lower due to that. We tried to reach out to their affiliate manager Ricky with no success. It's has been a week since we were promised someone will reach out to help. No progress yet. Hoping to get someone's attention and get it resolved! Thanks Michael

GBHappy Customer 🙂 I wanted to send my sister a unique gift Visa card with both our photos on it. I was a little skeptical because I was purchasing $500.00 amount. I also added a beautiful card with a message in it. This is a Pittsburgh based business and I’m from Pittsburgh and we are honest people. The gift card arrived in time for my sister’s birthday. GBWASTE OF TIME I went through 3 different verification steps - a text to my phone, an email with a clickable link, and an other email with a second verification code. My bank approved the transaction. A while later I received cancellation notice from Gift Card Granny. No reason given. They tied up my funds for days because the charge is pending.

GBI sent a gift card to a difficult… I sent a gift card to a difficult person. She did not get it in the time in which I was told by no fault of Granny. The USPS was so slow in getting the mail delivered on that time frame. Not the first time USPS did not deliver in a timely fashion. I had called and spoke to a wonderful young lady at Granny and we together decided to give the mail a few more days. It took them to the wire. Granny and personnel are perfect and I will select them for my needs again.

GBCancelled Christmas order on Christmas Eve Ordered Christmas gift cards for each of my 7 Grandchildren. Paid extra to ensure they arrived by Christmas. Ordered on 12/19 and advertised arrival in 4 days. Here it is Christmas Eve and no cards. Took forever to figure out how to talk with a real person who just cancelled my order and said sorry we had an internal error and your order did not process. That is just not acceptable.
