It was really nice to have service the same day and to be able to get it on, without too many problems since I am a mute(unable to speak)-- that I could do all this over my phone. Since I am an older lady and a mute(unable to speak)-- it was super helpful to be able to get all this done thru my phone. I got service the same day, have it all thru my auto pay ability-- Now, after a day if hauling and moving, I can shower with good hot water and be comy in my new Lil place. Thanks Reliant!!

I was shopping on the website I was shopping on the website, answering questions about home location, credit check to find out if their service was available in my area and if I could get a good rate. After answering a few questions along these lines, I was immediately under contract with this company with service to begin within the week. I wasnt even sure what the rate was , contract length or anything so I was not prepared to switch to this service. Then it took over an hour on the phone just to get the contract I didn't ask for canceled.

My Experience with Ms Rhonda! I dreaded shopping for electricity and from the moment i made the dreaded call to the time it ended, Ms Rhonda was AMAZING!! She should be an educator because not only did she explain how purchasing electricity works, she explained how to shop for the best rates and things to look out for. I mean now i know about EFL (what !) Thank you Ms Rhonda. My conversation with you was very insightful. Like i said above, you should be an educator. Whatever this place is is a scam Whatever this place is is a scam. I woke up to money taken out of my account. The next day I woke up to more money taken out of my account I had to stop my card which all of my bills are auto pay. I've never signed up for anything like this and never will. I notify my bank of the fraud next thing I here from this company talking about I ordered and some sweepstakes and goes on to say that they will only give me some of my money back. No i want all my shi.First of all i don't gamble. Secondly how did u get my information anyway. People please be careful with ordering things online they have SCAMMERS like this place that will steal your money. If you think about all the victims it's absolutely insane. Everyone behind this scam should be put in jail.

It was already a stressful start from calling different agencies and getting the run around. She walked me through the steps I was needing and contacted the right people to get me the information I was needing. She was very helpful and patient, and even helped with what questions to ask.
