GBIt was really nice to have service the same day and to be able to get it on, without too many problems since I am a mute(unable to speak)-- that I could do all this over my phone. Since I am an older lady and a mute(unable to speak)-- it was super helpful to be able to get all this done thru my phone. I got service the same day, have it all thru my auto pay ability-- Now, after a day if hauling and moving, I can shower with good hot water and be comy in my new Lil place. Thanks Reliant!!

GBI was shopping on the website I was shopping on the website, answering questions about home location, credit check to find out if their service was available in my area and if I could get a good rate. After answering a few questions along these lines, I was immediately under contract with this company with service to begin within the week. I wasnt even sure what the rate was , contract length or anything so I was not prepared to switch to this service. Then it took over an hour on the phone just to get the contract I didn't ask for canceled.
