Alex C very HELPFUL Alex C. was very patient in explaining the different plans available to me as a new Texas resident. It took several days and phone calls to complete my enrollment. He was always very friendly and cooperative in working through my situation.

I was shopping on the website I was shopping on the website, answering questions about home location, credit check to find out if their service was available in my area and if I could get a good rate. After answering a few questions along these lines, I was immediately under contract with this company with service to begin within the week. I wasnt even sure what the rate was , contract length or anything so I was not prepared to switch to this service. Then it took over an hour on the phone just to get the contract I didn't ask for canceled.

The next day I woke up to more money taken out of my account I had to stop my card which all of my bills are auto pay. I've never signed up for anything like this and never will. I notify my bank of the fraud next thing I here from this company talking about I ordered and some sweepstakes and goes on to say that they will only give me some of my money back. No i want all my shi.First of all i don't gamble. Secondly how did u get my information anyway. People please be careful with ordering things online they have SCAMMERS like this place that will steal your money. If you think about all the victims it's absolutely insane. Everyone behind this scam should be put in jail.
