We’ve been house hacking for the last three years and we just moved to Bixby Oklahoma from Colorado and we are going to repeat the process and purchase another in another 2 years. I honestly see the actions as a Mission because its free....who else is doing this without a hefty sticker price attached??

I have learned how to flip houses… I have learned how to flip houses watching bigger pockets podcasts and reading the recommended books. The guests are insightful, giving tips and tricks to be successful in real estate investing. I can always count on getting my questions answered by reading the forums as well. Genuine first class reference tool for investors. I do miss Brandon Turner, though;)

Marketing to realtors at the expense of the realtors budget. Adam Macias with BiggerPockets used our client's local service ads(paid) profile to offer his services. Why market to real estate agents through their own paid marketing platforms? "Are you working with investor buyers and finding deals in Charlotte? The interest rates since last June have been making a lot of agents nervous. Are you against the idea of speaking more about this?"

Bigger Pockets is a GREAT company!! Bigger Pockets is a GREAT company in all aspects of real estate. If you are a beginner investor you REALLY need to look them up. Bigger Pockets will show you how to analysis a property for either a flip or rental, as well as inform you on the BRRR method which I never hear about until Bigger Pockets. Plus you can find realtors, finance, contractors etc. in your city or out of state. I like that if I can not make a live seminar, I can review the seminar at my leisure. I have told many people about Bigger Pockets and will continue to do so.
