GBScam and rip off company! Scam and rip off company!! They would charge you for a service that was never rendered. I never used the service for the entire year and t=when the year was over, I was auto charged on 04/15/24 without my authorization $390 a year for a membership that I never even used. It was not till 4/15 that I was notified of the charge of $390 . As soon as I received the email about the charge, I immediately called them on the same day and canceled it with Michael and he told me I have to goonline and do it and couldn't . He said that I have to call them, which is strange and i did a couple of times and noone answered the phone. When I finally was able to speak to someone and contacted them, I was told by Hillary that the Auto charge is automatic when you buy their membership and I don't recall allowing them to do so and i did not!! Had I known, I would never have bought their membership. This is not right and I never heard of a company charging people for a service not rendered and why would you charge me a month service when I never used it and when I canceled the same day the charge was billed. My message To Hillary is below. Good afternoon Hillary, I never received your reminder email on 03/01. It must have gone to spam. If I did, I would have canceled it then as I never used the service. I canceled it on the same day I received the invoice, which was 4/15 and that’s why I reached out to Michael, who canceled it the same day when the charge was still pending. I tried calling your office and was not able to reach anyone till 4/17 and Michael said that you are a small team and to call again and I did and spoke to Rachel, who assured me that she will process it right away and she did . I was never told I would be charged one month. Also, if you check my profile, you will notice that I never even used the services throughout last year. With that said, I would greatly appreciate a refund of the $32.50 difference that you deducted. Up to now , she refused to refund me the $32.50, which I feel is wrong and unfair considering a cancelation was done the same day and I never authorized the auto charge of my credit card. This is more about the principle and what's right and what's wrong and not about the money but will make sure that it is reported. I tried resolving this matter amicably with the vendor via email and phone prior to writing this review but unfortunately I have been unsuccessful. I will definitely be reporting these practices to the right authorities as I see I was not alone to be ripped off and scammed and I hope my experience will be beneficial to someone who was considering using their services .
